Our agency’s work for FoneSync® and news of  their acquisition, opened the door to Magellan Corporation and their precision GPS division: Ashtech Precision Products.
Ashtech had a new product to announce - The ZXtreme® - and also wanted to reassure key resellers of the company’s commitment not only to them but also to being a leader in the GPS industry.
We entered a world where “advertising” was mostly a full page of engineer-speak technical spec’s with a product shot around the center of the page.
ZXtreme’s announcement featured 4/C full pages in international B2B publications, supported by a traveling product launch demonstration in key cities world-wide.
We created the print campaign, supporting ZXtreme collateral as well as produced once-in-a-lifetime events around the world: in the US, Argentina & Germany.

Magellan and Ashtech were acquired six months later following the biggest, most successful product launch in their history.
Our challenge was to re-establish Magellan’s precision GPS division among international distributors and vendors within a new product launch: their first in two years.

We created an international B to B print campaign along with a multi-media collateral package.

To re-establish the premium status of Ashtech’s brand and Magellan as a company, we created and produced once-in-a-lifetime events for key resellers around the world.

It was the most successful product launch in the company’s history.
