Shopping
centers are a tremendous challenge as they require a unique brand
identity for a product that is comprised of a hundred or more individual
brands.
And
some of those are biggest brands in the world: Macy*s, Nordstrum,
Sears, to name just three, plus the retail mix beyond the anchor
tenants.
Positioning
a center as the zenith of the shopping experience was our critical
focus no matter our client, no matter where they were located.
We
created a unique, personal brand for each of our shopping center
clients based on their individual situations: retail mix, shopper
demographics of both acquired and desired, transportation, parking
and consumer awareness.
As
the internet becomes a more competitive force to brick and mortar
destinations, selling the convenience and shopping experience is
more important in 2007 than ever.
We
have earned over 75 regional, national and international awards
for our creative and effective work in the shopping center category.
